GIRL IS A BOON NOT A CURSE

Children are God’s most beautiful creations- they are pure from all rules of mankind, they are innocent souls.

Life on Earth would not have been possible without existence of both Men and Women equally. Absence of either gender would have caused  imbalance.

 However, in our country we are still fighting with female feticide. Girl child is regarded as cursed and burden on a family and ironically, we worship Goddess’. Parents think girl child as a liability. Aborting or killing a girl child is still considered as “Normal” in many parts of the country. This is the reason Indian Govt. has banned Amniocentesis. Because people practice female feticide.


But people need to understand there is rapid growth and evolvement of women in every field and every where in earth. Women Empowerment is one of the most talked subjects in today’s era.

Women are proving their worth in every sector daily. Studies have shown that women are more superior to men in numerus ways. They are not only intelligent but also very talented, emotionally strong and have more management skills than men.

We must not ignore the fact that development of our strongly depends on growth of women this is the reason why crime against women should be eliminated even the government are taking measures and launching campaigns to save guard the existence of women in our country. One of the popular campaign is “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” campaign, this is aimed to prevent female foeticide and increase the number of girl child in school also NGO as taken the responsibility of saving girl child and creating awareness and telling them importance of a woman. A mother, a wife, a sister- A girl.
