On 6^th September 2018 Supreme Court passes the Section 377 and legalizes the same sex marriage. After decades of fighting queer finally got acceptance in Law, not in society.

Law has accepted gay marriage, but society still sees it as an unethical.

The struggle of queer’s for equal rights isn’t considered same as struggle of other people he fighting against discrimination of race, cast, sex, religion.  

The Supreme Court passed the law that marriage or sex between the people of same gender is totally legal however no federal law preventer person from being fired or refused a job based on sexual orientation. Mother and fathers lose the child custody battles only because they are gay.

Gays are featured in movies not as novelty characters but as full participants in society.  Despite these advances into the mainstream however, LGBT people continue to face real discrimination in all areas of life.

People are still not ready to accept homosexuality, they rather treat it as a disease.

They are victim of marginal and social exclusion, conflict and rejection by family, problems of homelessness, problems of homophobia, harassment, psychological distress, poor economic condition, discrimination in the workplace, victim of hate crimes and violence, legal injustice, problem of terminologies.

And the impact of all these is even worse- rejection from loved ones causes high rate off suicide and depression , likely to use drugs, childhood harassment, dissatisfaction from themselves. Sometimes things get so worse that people thing suicide is the only option.

But why? What’s the reason of all this hate, when people are asked to define their hate, all they say is – “it’s wrong and god would never approve of it”

But who are they to decide what god wants? If they believe god to be so almighty, God can come up on earth and decide what he wants but unless he doesn't humans have no right to discriminate and exploit these people they are human like any one of us. They have right to live as much as any other human does, they have right to love as much as any other person breathing on this earth. They have right to do everything which we all do.

 What's the basis of this discrimination- being straight and gay? Only on the basis of gender they chose to love?

 And it’s said love should be unconditioned so why are we putting on conditions now?                                      That love should only be based on the gender, it shouldn't be.

People upload when movie character says you don't decide who you love but why can't people implemented in real life and leave queers in peace and let them decide who they want to love.

Everything becomes beautiful once you see it through love.
